10tacle Studios has received approval from its Board of Directors to acquire The Games Company Worldwide.
Publisher 10tacle will issue 454,545 new bearer shares. While that will, technically, dilute existing shareholders, those shares will be exchanged for the assets of developer The Games Company (the group behind games such as the Simon the Sorcerer franchise)
