Ubisoft Acquiring Digital Kids

Ubisoft has completed an agreement to acquire Japanese developer Digital Kids.
Digital Kids is primarily a DS developer with offices in Nagoya and Osaka. The developer employs 20 developers, and the acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter of Ubisoft's 2007-2008 fiscal year.
