Playlogic Completes Stock Sale
Publisher Playlogic confirmed that it has completed raising $12.3 million through a private equity placement.
Playlogic announced in April that it was seeking to complete a $10 million equity placement, and while the process has taken the company a long time, the new cash will help to restore Playlogic's balance sheet to a healthy state so that the company can release its current slate of titles and improve cash flow.
