Atari Files Failing First Quarter Financials

| | Comments (0)
It's a bit late, but Atari has finally filed its quarterly report disclosing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
Atari, the game publisher primarily owned by French publisher Infogrames, announced a net loss for its first quarter of $11.920 million, compared to a net loss of $7.296 million in the same quarter the prior year. In the filing, that still includes notes about Atari's business through October, Atari confirms that there is "substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern."
