Two "Import" Games Launch on Wii Virtual Console

| | Comments (0)
Nintendo is changing this up a bit this week. Instead of releasing three new games for the Wii Virtual Console, Nintendo has only launched two games. However, Nintendo is proclaiming that its two new games this week launch the "Import" genre of Virtual Console games because both games now available were only released in Japan.
Sin & Punishment was originally released for the Nintendo 64 and is set in an overpopulated Earth. Because the game features English voice acting with Japanese subtitles, it should be accessible to English-speaking audiences. The other game is Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels (originally for the NES). It was released in Japan as Super Mario Bros. 2 and features slightly different platforming action from other, early Mario games.
