Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction is set to be one of the top PlayStation 3 games of the season. Originally scheduled to ship today, the game was delayed until next week. Then, Sony decided retailers could begin selling the game today. So the latest Ratchet & Clank game is available. Sort of.
