Oklahoma Judge Issues Preliminary Injunction Against Game Law

Yesterday, U.S. District Judge Robin Cauthron of the Western District of Oklahoma issued a preliminary injunction against the Oklahoma law prohibiting the sale of certain video games to minors. Both sides will continue arguments before this ruling is confirmed, but the ruling follows many precedents demonstrating such laws to be unconsitutional violations of the first amendment.
