Five New Game Programming Books Available

Charles River Media and Course Technology PTR have released five new books to help people involved in the creation of games. Game Character Animation All in One is a guide to developing and animating game characters. Game Developer's Open Source Handbook identifies Open Source software useful for game design, where to get it and how to incorporate it into games. Programming an RTS Game with Direct3D has a self-explanatory title. Game Programming All in One, Third Edition is the latest edition of the game programming overview for folks familiar with C or C++. C++ for Game Programmers, Second Edition is the latest edition of the book that teaches programmers how to apply C++ to game programming.
