Microsoft and Nintendo Sued Over Console Controller Design

Anascape, a Limited Partnership in Tyler Texas, filed suit at the beginning of this week against both Microsoft and Nintendo alleging that the two console manufacturers violated twelve of Anascape's patents relating to the manufacture of controllers. Not surprisingly, Anascape seeks substantial (but unspecified) damages.
