Mad Catz Reports Small First Quarter Net Loss

Mad Catz, the manufacturer of gaming peripherals and accessories, announced the results of its financial first quarter ended June 30.
During this latest quarter Mad Catz reported a net loss of $876,000, compared to a net loss of $2.112 million in the same quarter the previous year. Despite the loss, the quarter ending in June is traditionally bad for video game business, and Mad Catz did achieve record sales for the quarter.
