Vivendi Announced Second Quarter Results

Vivendi has released its second quarter results, including some information on the performance of its games division.
The company overall reported revenues of €4.84 billion in this quarter, compared to revenues of €4.62 billion in the same quarter the previous year.


Vivendi's games division, including labels such as Blizzard and Sierra, reported revenues of €162 million for the second quarter, compared to €125 million in the same quarter the previous year. Vivendi attributes these results to the continued success of World of Warcraft as well as the game Ice Age 2, 50 Cent: Bulletproof and Crash Tag Team Racing.
