ESA Sues Minnesota

The Electronic Software Association (ESA) confirmed that it is suing the state of Minnesota to overturn the recently passed Minnesota law that would impose fines when children purchase games with certain ratings.
The ESA feels confident that the law will be overturned – rightfully so, given that this law is similar to other laws that have been ruled unconstitutional.
