ESA Files Suit Against Louisiana Game Law

The Entertainment Software Association confirmed that it has filed suit in the Federal District Court of Baton Rouge, LA, seeking that the recent Louisiana Law (HB 1381) regulating game sales be struck down.
There is every reason to believe this law, like others of its ilk, will be struck down. As the ESA points out, by passing these laws, legislators have already cost taxpayers a million dollars unsuccessfully defending unconstitutional laws.
