Infogrames, the parent company of Atari, announced that it has sold several properties to other companies in the interactive entertainment industry for the aggregate sum of €20 million.
TimeShift, a first-person shooter in development for the PC and Xbox 360 was sold to Vivendi's games division. The Stuntman franchise has been sold to THQ, who has also purchased an option to buy the Paradigm Entertainment studio in Dallas, Texas. Finally, the online casual game site, Games.com, has been sold to America Online.
